Our Union:

SMART TD Local 911 is the union for Trainman and Engineers Out of St.Paul for Canadian Pacific Railway. We are a pridefull and fighting union. The leaders of Local 911 are very invested into not only making our own workplace but the workplace of other local railroads a safer and better place. Our leaders are very experianced and well versed in the laws and rules of the railroad and all take their job very serious.

The duties of of the Local Chairman of the Yard is to defend your job for yard personel. Weather that is to protect you in investigation or to fight for change in the work enviroment in the yard, he is here for you. Works on comming up with claims based on yard movements that violate our contract.

Local Chairman 261b - Road

The duties of the Local Chairman 261b is prioritized on being the representative for our road members. Weather that is defending them in investigation or dealing with the company to ensure our barganing agreement is withheld outside of our home terminal.

State Legislative Representative

Nick's primary role is in the state side of things. He is here to fight for us no matter the topic, weather two man crews, safer work place, or even something as simple as the balast you walk on. If there is something that needs to change he can fight it on a state level. Nick also keeps 911 us in the loop with our other union brothers and sister around the state.
